RETURNS & SHIPMENT

At WOKE, every single product goes through stringent quality check, so as to ensure that you receive a flawless product and your effort and money get their right value.  We would request you to go through our SIZE CHART thoroughly before selecting your size. 

RETURN POLICIES:

i. If you intend to return a product, kindly inform us within 7 days of your receipt of the product at care@wokestudio.in. If the request is received after 7 days, it would be considered that you have received and accepted your product in good condition.

ii. To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. WOKE STUDIO reserves the right to refuse to return the product if it is not in its original condition, is damaged or parts/tags missing. The reason for the return should be clearly stated in your request mail along with your order number.

iii. Home/Office accents are not eligible for return. Please read the description of each product thoroughly before placing your order.

iv. Reverse Shipment: 

If your Pincode is eligible for reverse pick up by our Delivery partners, we will arrange the same. If not, then you need to ship it to us at 14A Kedar Bose Lane, Kolkata 700025.
Once we receive the products in the expected condition, we will initiate the Refund within 48 hours in your UPI/Paytm/Bank Account details provided to us. Return/Refund/Exchange charges Rs 50 apply; additional Rs 50 for COD orders.
